In response to the increasing need for capital and the desire to broaden its reach, the shareholders of the Farmer’s Co-op made the pivotal decision to transform the cooperative into a publicly listed entity. As a result, CFI Holdings was successfully listed on the stock exchange, marking a new chapter in its corporate development and opening doors to new opportunities in the market.
