Do you offer credit facilities?

We have a credit facility for Zimbabwean civil servants. Visit your nearest Agrifoods, Approved Retailers and Stockists for a quaotation of the products you want and an application form to apply for the credit payment scheme. Don’t forget you national identity card and current pay slip

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, the following applies:

We will refund or exchange your product within 30days, with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

Used feed
Feed missing the original
packaging Feedthat has expired since purchase
Delivery charges

We will refund items paid for with cash or debit card with cash Issue store credit for the original purchase amount if items were purchased on account.

Do you accept bank transfers?

Bank transfers are accepted. For banking details click on the link commercial and payment services. Remember to bring your proof of payment to your nearest Agrifoods when you collect your goods.

What are your operating hours?

Mon – Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Sat 8:00am to 1:00pm
Public holiday – closed

Is online Shopping Safe?

Yes. We have taken every precaution to ensure your personal details are safe with us. All sensitive information you provide is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer technology, and we utilize a leading payment processor. We also insist that all credit card payments use 3D Secure processes (such as Master Card’s SecureCode and Verified by Visa)

How Do I Find My Closest Branch To Collect From?

When you get to the checkout you’ll be able to select your region and town. If you are unsure of which store is your closest you can contact us by clicking contact us
